Every answer links to the document it came from, so people can check it and trust it, or correct it.
It respects who may see what
The assistant only uses the documents the person asking is allowed to open, so it never becomes a way around permissions.
Easy to keep current
Each document has an owner. When one changes, the assistant picks up the new version and old answers stop appearing.
