1. Who we are

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the website, to enquiries you send us, and to the free virtual-assistant day described in section 5. Software development, AI and automation projects, engineering capacity, virtual-assistant placements and talent sourcing are provided under a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work or service agreement) signed by both parties. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for its intended purpose: to learn about our services and to get in touch. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. The text, design, logos and other material on the site belong to Aetherpontis or its licensors and may not be reused without our written permission, except for the brief quotation of articles with attribution.

4. Enquiries, proposals and prices

Sending a form or booking a call creates no obligation on either side. Anything we quote on the website, including the figures produced by the manual-work calculator, is indicative; the calculator only multiplies the numbers you enter and is not an offer. A binding scope and price exist only once set out in a written proposal or agreement we have confirmed. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. The free virtual-assistant day

• The free day is available to businesses, once per company, at our discretion. We may decline a request without giving a reason.
• Before the day we agree the tasks with you and brief the assistant. The day is one working day of up to 8 hours, carried out remotely.
• You pay nothing for the free day. The work produced during it is yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.
• The assistant works on the tasks agreed. Please do not give them access to systems or data beyond what those tasks need, and do not share anything you are not entitled to share.
• The free day is a trial, not a guarantee of availability or results. Continuing after it requires a written agreement.

6. Our services, in brief

Once engaged under a written agreement, we provide one accountable point of contact and we own the outcome agreed in the scope. Intellectual property in deliverables, confidentiality, liability, payment terms, termination and the handling of client data are set out in that agreement.

7. Candidates and the talent network

If you send us a CV or join our talent network, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and yours to share. Joining the network does not guarantee a placement. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Liability

The website is provided as is. We take care to keep its content accurate but make no promise that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Third-party links

The site links to other sites, including partner websites and our booking page on Google Calendar. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are subject to the jurisdiction of the Harju County Court in Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you other rights.
